Scanty and Kneesocks unleash zombies immune to the Anarchy sisters' weapons, turning the city into undead. The Demon sisters disguise themselves and put Panty and Stocking on trial for murdering a friendly Ghost. A monkey wearing a translation device acts as the defense attorney. The sisters are found guilty and sentenced to electrocution. This shock jolts the monkey's device, granting him heightened intelligence. He uses this new ability to prove the sisters' innocence and reveals that the murdered Ghost's wife is the true culprit behind the attack.
