Panty and Stocking consume the cores of two warring alien robots, transforming into machines themselves. These aliens unite to destroy humanity by merging into a Ghost, forcing the sisters to cooperate for the first time. After Garterbelt reprimands them for financial waste, the siblings wager to raise $3 million within three days. Finding employment difficult, they visit a casino operated by Scanty and Kneesocks, who manipulate games to guarantee the angels lose. Depleted of funds, the Anarchy sisters sell their clothing to spectators. This strategy allows them to stay in the game long enough to counter the Demon sisters' rigging and successfully secure the required $3 million.
