A nose-picking craze sweeps Daten City after Oscar H. Genius invites residents to a blimp party, but he is actually a Ghost planning to crash the vessel into the moon using passengers' nosebleeds. Meanwhile, in the gloomy town of Little Tokyo, office worker Terao misses his young daughter's birthday party and is pressured by colleagues to drink excessive beer, resulting in the creation of a vomit-based Ghost. Panty and Stocking defeat this entity and assist Terao by providing their autographs as a gift for his daughter, who is a devoted fan of the Anarchy sisters.
