The Brave Olivine reaches Paldea, prompting Liko to confront her temporary status with the Rising Volt Tacklers. She struggles between staying with her crew or returning to her parents, which causes Sprigatito to distance itself from her as she attempts to settle back home. After overhearing her father, Alex, voice his worries regarding her departure to Kanto, Liko opens up to the crew. She ultimately chooses to continue her adventures with them, reconciling with Sprigatito and securing Alex's blessing. Later, while discussing the black Rayquaza with Friede, Alex remembers a rare Pokémon sighting reported by the artist Brassius in the town of Artazon.
