While traveling at sea, Ash and his companions discover a message in a bottle sent by Marissa from Sunburst Island. The note asks if anyone is aware of an Onix composed entirely of crystal. Intrigued by this unusual request, the group decides to assist Marissa and her brother Mateo in their search. Together, they embark on a quest to locate the rare Pokémon. Their primary objective is to find the Crystal Onix and successfully capture it, fulfilling the request made by the islander through the bottle message found during their journey.
