Ash and Misty explore the island where they crash-landed and find teenagers bullying a baby Lapras. Although the bullies are driven away, the young Lapras refuses to let humans approach. Tension rises when Team Rocket arrives with the intention of stealing the creature. This forces Ash, Misty, and their new friend Tracey to pursue the villains. The group must act quickly to save the Lapras from being taken before it is too late.
