While Ash dismisses the idea of ghosts, Iris considers the possibility. Following a guided tour, the group examines a sarcophagus and a death mask, suspecting a connection to the Mask Pokémon, Yamask. They decide to stay overnight inside the building to investigate the mystery further. Meanwhile, Team Rocket connects with an associate in the Unova region who instructs them to steal a meteorite from the Nacrene Museum.
