Lenora agrees to battle Ash following a brief tour of the Nacrene City Museum. She ultimately wins the match, leaving Ash feeling disheartened. Don George advises Ash not to quit so easily and promises to help him teach his Pokémon a new move. At the same time, Team Rocket sneaks into the museum and steals the real meteorite, swapping it with a fake version they had obtained previously.
