Ash and his companions encounter Stephan, who is visiting the town for the Bell of Wishes Festival taking place that day. Upon learning that the competition winner earns the right to ring the bell atop Mistralton Tower and have a wish granted, Ash, Iris, and Cilan choose to participate in the festival.
