During a lunch break while traveling to the next city, Cilan realizes his prepared food has been taken. The group identifies the culprit as a female Snivy. Ash tries to catch the Pokémon, but it uses the move Attract on Pikachu, rendering him unable to battle. Taking advantage of this situation, Team Rocket captures both Snivy and Pikachu.
