Although Mimikyu proves to be a formidable opponent, Pikachu counters with a new technique called Electroweb and the powerful Z-Move 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt. This victory allows Ash to defeat the opposition and secure his win. The outcome sets the stage for Ash’s upcoming grand trial on Ula'ula Island, marking a significant step in his journey as he prepares to challenge the island's leadership.
