After Alain defeats Remo in the first semi-final, Ash and Sawyer begin their long-awaited second semi-final match in a forest. Ash’s Hawlucha falls to Sawyer’s Slaking, and while Talonflame avenges the defeat, it loses to Clawitzer. Pikachu then defeats Clawitzer but must now face Aegislash.
