Ep. 9: Squishy Escapes Terminus Cave and Merges with Cells to Fight Team Flare

While traversing Terminus Cave, Squishy separates from the group and contacts a similar Pokemon. This action alerts Team Flare, who designate the creatures as Z1 and Z2 and pursue them. Cornered, Squishy summons numerous Cells to merge into a powerful four-legged form, launching a devastating assault against the attackers. When the attack proves insufficient, Ash deploys Greninja, and the two entities appear to fight as a single being. Team Flare eventually retreats, but Squishy vanishes. The heroes begin a search for the missing Pokemon, unaware that Team Flare continues to monitor their movements closely.
