Diana, president of the magical item corporation Trismegistus, tasks Itsuki with retrieving a flower that blooms after death, a mission originally begun by his father. During the operation, magician Li Cheng Chen attacks to steal the flower, forcing Honami to take it and escape with Itsuki while Kuroha is left behind. Itsuki vows to rescue Kuroha and deliver the flower to Diana. Meanwhile, Diana expresses regret to Chen for selling him the root used to power a village massacre. Itsuki arrives as Kuroha uses poltergeist abilities to break free. Itsuki reveals his Glamsight, and the trio defeats Chen. Back at the Astral mansion, Diana thanks Itsuki and leans in closely, prompting a shocked Honami and Kuroha to punch him after she departs.
