Ep. 15: Shinogi and Moroha request the return of a funadama to a beach shrine.

Shinogi and Moroha Minagi ask Astral members to return a found funadama to a shrine. Itsuki and Kuroha are pulled into the past by magical pollution while attempting this task. There, they meet fisherman Hyoudou, who seeks mermaid flesh for its healing properties. Meanwhile, Honami, Adelicia, Mikan, and Nekoyashiki hear an old woman explain that mermaids hunt those who eat them. Itsuki and Kuroha face an attack, but Kuroha summons Hyoudou's daughter's spirit within a funadama. This distraction allows the mermaids to pursue the spirit, enabling Itsuki and Kuroha to return to their own time. Shinogi later notes renewed shrine worship, leading Itsuki to suspect a descendant of Hyoudou is involved.
