Lan and his friends discover their NetNavis have vanished inside a wind tornado, leading them to investigate Shiisaa Island. Upon arrival, they encounter Lily and her NetNavi, WindBlastMan. Ms. Yuri also arrives on the island with the intention of stealing data contained within an ancient relic. However, SpikeMan interferes with the artifact, triggering a massive storm over the area. In response to the chaos, WindSoul MegaMan engages SpikeMan in battle and successfully defeats him, resolving the immediate threat to the group and the island.
