While departing a theme park, Lan and Chisao encounter SparkMan attacking the train's network. Sal, who has been monitoring the NetNavi, dispatches WoodMan to assist MegaMan in neutralizing the threat. To successfully delete SparkMan, the two Navis merge their capabilities, forming the combined entity known as WoodSoul. This tactical union allows them to counter the network assault effectively during their journey.
