Anzu lacks memories of Junta, who Riri suggests is a childhood crush planted in his mind. To win quickly, Anzu pretends to be Junta’s girlfriend, a ruse confirmed by her friend Saki as a school-wide false memory. Meanwhile, Rena is rejected by Tsukasa, sparking jealousy. Both Tsukasa and Junta worry about their respective reputations as a baseball prodigy and academic star. After a bento mix-up, Anzu eats lunch with Tsukasa and Makoto, which Rena witnesses. Rena demands Anzu help set her up with Tsukasa, but Anzu refuses due to Tsukasa’s dislike of Rena. Before Rena can react angrily, a strange girl tricks her away with energetic behavior and intrusive questions. Anzu recognizes the girl as Riri in magical disguise.
