An accident temporarily incapacitates Youko, forcing Futaba and Hayama to step in and assist with duties at the patisserie. Although Sonobe expresses gratitude for their support during this absence, she remains determined to expand her staff. She refuses to accept their help as a sufficient solution and continues to insist on hiring one additional part-time employee to ensure the business runs smoothly without her usual workforce.
