This episode parodies attitudes toward foreigners through the arrival of transfer student Kaere Kimura. Nozomu initially hopes she will raise class averages but quickly shifts to horror when she corrects his English. He then fears she will sue him for sexual harassment. Kimura suffers from multiple personality disorder due to cultural identity confusion, manifesting as Kaere, the foreign personality, and Kaede, the Japanese one. Following a rooftop incident, Kaere threatens Nozomu with a lawsuit, causing him to disappear. During roll call, Ms. Arai discovers an illegal immigrant who purchased the name and seat of Tarou Sekiutsu from the original owner.
