Cecily trains with a practice sword while Aria watches, expressing interest in becoming her master. Cecily declines this offer, preferring to remain friends instead. Hannibal warns that the Demon Sword auction may be a trap for Siegfried, whom Cecily knows as the man in black. Cecily and Aria attend the event, but the proceedings are interrupted when Jack appears and ignites the venue. The group successfully defeats Jack and attempts to rescue the attendees. Following these events, Aria pledges to serve as Cecily’s partner, acting as a sword dedicated to protecting the people.
