Lugh targets Count Azba Venkaur for selling military secrets in exchange for the drug vizein. Using Maha’s network, Lugh investigates alone in Pisear, dismantling a criminal group but witnessing the drug’s harm on a poor girl’s mother. Later, Lugh and Maha infiltrate the count’s mansion by selling Orna’s products, which succeeds for Orna. At night, Lugh silently kills Count Venkaur with a new sniper rifle, observing the grieving wife’s reaction. Although he does not regret the act, Lugh vows never to forget this mission, marking his first assassination as a free man rather than an unfeeling tool.
