Maha and friends arrive in Milteu but are captured by bandits and sold to an orphanage run by a noble. The facility operates as a prostitution ring, forcing the girls into sex work. Noine scars her face with a sickle to resist. Two years later, Lugh, using the alias Illig Balor, arrives to purchase Maha. The orphanage director demands a three-day wait, but Lugh intervenes. With Tarte's assistance, Lugh exposes the noble's crimes, leading to his arrest. The ring is dismantled, Noine's scars heal, and Maha joins Lugh's household.
