Ep. 2: Takamasa and Itsuki face the Seven Stars while Makina battles Hazama in a trench trap.

Takamasa and Shikabane Hime Itsuki Yamagami attempt to rescue Ouri and Makina from a group of monks. Akasha and the Seven Stars trap everyone except the two rescuers in an invisible trench. Inside, Makina suffers at the hands of Hazara while Ouri remains helpless. The Seven Stars state they have released their true nature to live without regrets. Makina recalls her past as a Shikabane Hime with former Contracted Monk Keisei Tagami, which motivates her to attack Hazama. Hokuto, the leader of the Seven Stars, easily repels her assault. Contracted Monks and Shikabane Hime outside the trench manage to break in. Akasha and the Seven Stars retreat, viewing Makina as their enemy.
