Ruti abandons her Hero status to stay with Red, but falls ill and seeks elven ruins to create the Demon's Blessing. Bui is exposed as the cause of magic drainage using an enchanted crystal heart. Ruti struggles to remain inconspicuous in Zoltan, where she reveals to Rit and Tisse that her brother provides essential emotional support, as her Hero Blessing prevents her from feeling joy. Tisse vows to free her from this forced destiny. Meanwhile, Ares and Theodora utilize Albert to locate Ruti. Theodora instructs Albert that individuals are not bound by their Blessings to determine their own fate, emphasizing personal agency over predetermined roles.
