Ep. 15: Saki and Satoru seek Maria and Mamoru in the Robber Fly village after an accident.

Saki and Satoru search for Maria and Mamoru until an accident renders Saki unconscious. She wakes in a cabin at the Robber Fly village, reunited with Squealer, now named Yakomaru. They meet the Monster Rats' queen, who is restrained and lobotomized by her offspring. Yakomaru claims this preserves the colony's reproductive capacity. Satoru suspects the Robber Fly society has captured a False Mashiro to gain its knowledge. Yakomaru escorts the pair to the Goat Moth colony to consult Squonk. A conflict erupts when Squonk does not answer, but Satoru intervenes. Saki finally meets Squonk and receives a letter from Maria, who left with Mamoru.
