Ep. 19: Saki and Satoru flee a powerful enemy after a hospital attack

Following a Monster Rats ambush, Saki and Satoru join a group to visit an injured friend at the hospital, only to find it destroyed. After clearing the facility of rats and rescuing survivors, they face an unknown attacker wielding overwhelming power. Believing the foe might be an Ogre, the remaining party members sacrifice themselves to allow Saki and Satoru to escape and warn others. The duo flees along the river, but they soon realize the powerful enemy is still pursuing them.
