The Chaotix return to the Blue Typhoon. Vector watches Tails and Cosmo chatting amicably and becomes convinced that Tails has romantic feelings for her. Viewing Tails as a late bloomer, Vector decides to help him. To support his friend, Vector initiates a strange operation that he has planned. This scheme is set in motion with the intention of assisting Tails in his potential romantic endeavors, driven by Vector's interpretation of the interaction between the two characters.
