While Jacqueline and others assist with pool cleaning, Sid learns a captured Traitor may be enchanted. Tsugumi and the group attempt to help Jacqueline befriend Kim, hoping she becomes Kim's partner, but these efforts fail. Jacqueline later discovers Kim using magic to heal a puppy, confirming she is a witch. Kim is devastated, explaining she joined DWMA to escape the witch world. Jacqueline agrees to keep this secret in exchange for ice cream treats for the group. Kim accepts the deal and agrees to make Jacqueline her partner.
