Ep. 1: Loid and Yor confront terrorists while Anya discovers a telepathic dog's future visions

Loid is diverted from buying a dog for Anya to stop Keith Kepler’s Ostanian student terrorists from using canines as bombs to assassinate Westalian Foreign Minister Brantz. At an adoption fair, Anya reads the mind of a white dog, seeing a vision of her family. She follows the animal alone to the terrorists' hideout. The dog assists her escape, revealing its ability to predict the future. Keith corners them, but Yor intervenes, mistakenly believing Keith is a child trafficker. This confrontation occurs while Loid remains occupied with the urgent mission to prevent the assassination plot involving the explosive dogs.
