Exhausted from healing Mio, Yoshika is confined to her quarters by Minna, who ignores her warnings about the Neuroi. Determined to uncover the truth, Yoshika sneaks out and tracks the enemy to its hive. Inside, she witnesses the Neuroi's history and observes scientists utilizing a Neuroi core. Before she can gather more information, a strange mech employing similar technology arrives and destroys the Neuroi. Yoshika returns to base, only to find the Witches surrounded by military soldiers.
