Yamato becomes jealous after overhearing Suzuka speaking with track team member Miyamoto, fearing they plan to do something together. His suspicion deepens when he is caught eavesdropping on their conversation. However, the misunderstanding is resolved when Yamato learns that Miyamoto was merely seeking advice on how to invite Yamato to join the track team, inspired by Yamato's impressive athletic performance from the previous day. This revelation brings Yamato a pleasant surprise. Additionally, during a lightning storm, Yamato witnesses a different, more feminine side of Suzuka, adding another layer to his understanding of his friend's personality.
