Ep. 13: Kirito defeats Death Gun and Sinon ends the tournament while Kyouji attacks Shino

Death Gun severely injures Kirito, who recalls a similar player from the Laughing Coffin raid and identifies his opponent as Red-Eyed XaXa. Sinon distracts XaXa with a fake bullet trajectory, allowing Kirito to break his invisibility cloak with a sidearm shot. Drawing on his Sword Art Online strength, Kirito slices XaXa in half, though the dying man warns that their conflict is not finished. Kirito and Sinon agree to end the BoB tournament by committing double suicide with a grenade, revealing their real names to each other. Upon logging out, Kirito notices another participant disconnected, confirming multiple accomplices. In the real world, Kyouji visits Shino, reveals himself as Death Gun’s second accomplice, and attempts to kill her with a syringe. Kazuto bursts in to defend Shino, who recognizes him as Kirito, and urges her to flee.
