Ep. 34: Helicopter rescue at Tokyo Tower during strong winds

Strong winds close the Tokyo Tower observation deck, prompting Natsumi, Miyuki, Yoriko, and Aoi to return by helicopter. Kachou spots a boy leading an investigation club as a thief steals valuables, including a purse. The thief demands access to the upper deck stairs but is blown away by the gale, dropping the stolen items. Kachou attempts to save the thief from falling over the railing. When the boy exits, Kachou grabs him, injuring his ankle, before the wind jams the door shut. The precinct is contacted for a rescue team, despite the incident being outside their jurisdiction.
