After Kokoro tricks them with false hopes of retrieving their Toys, the Milky Holmes contract colds. Henriette stays up all night to care for them, only to catch a cold herself. The group then turns their attention to nursing Henriette back to health. While changing her clothes, they discover her Arséne disguise but dismiss it as mere cosplay. Sherlock administers questionable medicine to Henriette, which causes her Toys to go berserk. This reaction traps everyone inside a strange illusion inspired by Momotaro.
