Ep. 7: Lag Takes Suitability Exam at Yuusari Central Head Post Office

Lag’s group crosses the Bifrost bridge to reunite with Connor, who transports them to Central Yuusari for Lag’s Head Post Office exams. There, sub-master Aria Rink introduces Lag to master Largo Lloyd, who assigns Lag to conduct a suitability interview with fellow initiate McCay G. The pair must deliver letters through a Gaichuu-infested path. McCay arrives first and encounters a centipede Gaichuu named Glen Keith but lacks experience with Gaichuu and Shindanjuu. Lag’s group arrives and defeats the creature through coordination, though Lag accidentally soils the letter. Proctor Zazie evaluates the performance and uses Lag’s Shindan on McCay’s letter, revealing McCay had forged it after his own was damaged. Consequently, McCay fails while Lag receives Zazie’s approval. Lag is then surprised to learn from Zazie that Gauche is no longer a Letter Bee.
