Nana, a sister of Lala, questions Momo regarding the attraction all girls, including Lala, feel toward Rito. After spending a day observing him, Nana decides that others are mistaken about him. Lala, Mikan, and Rito invite Nana and Momo to a Hanami event, but Momo declines, intending to use the occasion to validate her claims. Momo summons an alien plant that emits pollen to reveal true feelings, affecting everyone except Lala and Rito. Unconvinced, Nana forces the plant to release more pollen, causing it to become possessed and capture Nana, Momo, and later Lala. The plant drops Nana, prompting Rito to rescue her, which alters Nana's impression of him.
