Ep. 25: Mikoto destroys the airship and honors Doppelgänger's final wish to save Ryouko.

Mikoto learns that Doppelgänger intended to end her life and destroy data needed for her reconstruction, so she honors these wishes by destroying the airship. Before Mikoto can kill Doppelgänger, a scientist attempting to take Ryouko hostage accidentally shoots her. In her final moments, Doppelgänger asks Mikoto to use the remaining parts of her cyborg body to save Ryouko. Meanwhile, the Scavengers increase their rank without payment for their mission, and Mitsuko is formally introduced to Misaka 10032. Later, Doppelgänger appears in Ryouko's dream, indicating that she now coexists inside Ryouko's body.
