Ep. 9: Kuroko and Kazari investigate Mitori's death while Ruiko discovers her liquid metal factory and faces a clone.

Kuroko and Kazari visit the Bank Control Center to research Mitori, learning she was declared dead two years ago. Meanwhile, Ruiko gives her good luck charm to Tōma before finding an abandoned factory that still produces the liquid metal Mitori controls. Ruiko is captured by a metal clone but is saved by MEMBER affiliate Xochitl, who realizes Mitori exploited her and Yoshio. Elsewhere, Mikoto and Misaki infiltrate Gensei's headquarters but find it is a decoy designed to distract them while forces attack the building where Misaka 10032 is held.
