Kinuho, Ma'aya, and Ruiko learn about Misaka 10032's disappearance from a cat. Ruiko shares this with Mikoto, who is then approached by Mitori Kouzaku holding Kazari and Misuzu hostage. Kuroko arrives to assist in the rescue, revealing Mitori's partner is a liquid metal mass. After saving the hostages, Ruiko notes a connection between Misaki's cat memories and an urban legend site. Mikoto realizes Kazari investigated this site and reconstructs its data to uncover information about Misaki.
