With autumn settling over Academy City, students don winter uniforms while Accelerator, Last Order, and Kikyou Yoshikawa relocate to Aiho Yomikawa's apartment. Misaka 10032 and three other Sisters start rehabilitation in the city. Mikoto forces Touma to fulfill a bet by visiting a shop offering a Gekota phone strap for couples plans. They must pose as a loving pair, but Kuroko interrupts the photo out of jealousy. Meanwhile, Last Order gets locked out of the apartment, prompting Misaka 10032 to mock her. Feeling jealous for lacking goggles like other clones, Last Order steals Misaka 10032's goggles and runs away, causing friction between the two.
