Ep. 20: Accelerator evades capture while Touma and Last Order face Vento's deadly attacks.

Accelerator utilizes Index as a distraction to escape Hound Dog agents, leaving her with Heaven Canceller after learning about Last Order. He subsequently lures and eliminates the pursuing soldiers at a railway factory, an act witnessed by Anti-Skill that brands him a wanted murderer. Simultaneously, Touma and Last Order hide in a restaurant from Hound Dogs, only to be confronted by Vento, whose presence has incapacitated bystanders like Yomikawa and Kazari. Touma shields the unconscious patrons from Vento’s assault, ordering Last Order to flee. However, Touma begins coughing blood and is forced to retreat. Elsewhere, Tsuchimikado investigates Vento’s activities and encounters a white spectral entity.
