Ep. 19: Amata Kihara investigates the consequences of Gabriel's possession in Russia.
In Russia, Sasha Kruezhev suffers harassment from Vasilisa while studying Archangel Gabriel's possession effects. Last Order injures her knees while walking with Accelerator, prompting him to buy bandages. He is attacked by Hound Dogs led by Amata Kihara, who neutralizes Accelerator's powers and beats him. Accelerator protects Last Order from kidnapping attempts until Index arrives. Meanwhile, Touma searches for Index and encounters unconscious Anti-Skill officers before meeting Last Order. Vento of the Front, a God's Right Seat magician, enters Academy City, disabling Anti-Skill and Judgment forces, killing three Board of Directors members, and threatening Aleister. Aleister remains unfazed and orders Amata to deploy Fuse Kazakiri to capture Last Order and eliminate Vento.
