Ep. 4: Touma protects Orsola while Index uses Sheol Fear against the battle nuns.

Stiyl informs Touma and Index that the Amakusa Catholics will not kill Orsola until her heresy is proven, then sends them home. Touma goes alone to the detention site where Agnese tortures Orsola, revealing that her battle nuns deceived Necessarius. Stiyl arrives to show that the crucifix necklace given to Orsola places her under the protection of the Church of England. Index and the Amakusa Catholics join them, allowing Touma to take charge of Orsola's safety while the others fight the battle nuns. Index utilizes Sheol Fear to deafen and paralyze some attackers. However, Lucia arrives with another force of battle nuns who willingly stab their ears to protect themselves from Sheol Fear.
