Ep. 7: Kuroko battles Awaki while trapped under debris and rejected by her offer.
Kuroko confronts Awaki, exploiting her teleportation trauma, but injuries prevent concentration, leaving Kuroko pinned. Awaki reveals the Science Syndicate’s plan to build a new Tree Diagram for creating espers and urges Kuroko to join, citing her own desire for answers. Kuroko refuses and insults Awaki, breaking free to attack but getting shot. Awaki loses control, attempting to crush Kuroko with the building. Mikoto and Touma arrive to rescue her after Misaka 10032 alerted them. Anti-Skills neutralize the Syndicate as Awaki flees, only to face Accelerator. He uses the Misaka Network to deploy his powers, defeating Awaki and destroying the Tree Diagram remnant. With the threat ended, Mikoto expresses her gratitude to Kuroko for her efforts during the conflict.
