Ep. 2: Akira and Keisuke navigate Toshima while meeting Rin and Motomi

Akira wakes to find Keisuke has followed him to Toshima. Akira hands Keisuke his knife, and they encounter Rin fighting a man. Rin demands payment for entering his territory but spares them due to their newcomer status. After Akira receives a weapon from Rin, they visit a neutral zone. There, they meet Motomi and learn about the drug Line. Along the way, they encounter the executioner and Kau. Rin escorts them to Arbitro's Mansion, where Keisuke is meant to register. The building is decorated with statues of pretty boys. Keisuke ultimately leaves the mansion without joining the game.
