A Phantom spirit infiltrates the Udagawa Police Hospital in Tokyo, awakening within Hiroki, the younger brother of Sakura. While doctors treat the unconscious teenager, the spirit attacks, leading to a confrontation with Tokko. During this encounter, Hiroki wounds Sakura and repels the other members, barely surviving the attack. Despite the violence and the danger posed by the possession, Sakura remains determined to assist her brother. She resolves to do her utmost to purge the Phantom spirit from his body, prioritizing his safety and recovery over the threat he currently represents.
