Jul 9, 2006Early in the morning, Yukino goes to the Shibuya Police Station to see Ranmaru, bringing a book about the Box of Dirge and details on a supposed fragment. Later, Ranmaru visits an elderly man named Taishi, who had contacted him previously. After his attacks fail due to Taishi's mysterious strength, Taishi's symbiont begins to corrupt his mind and body. Sakura and others rescue him, revealing an unknown necklace on his neck. However, the corrupted symbiont uses Taishi to attack Akiha and the group. Ryoko is compelled to shoot Taishi in the chest with her Colt SAA revolver, causing severe injury to stop the assault.
11EP 11Hiroki is possessed by a Phantom spirit after an incident at Udagawa Police Hospital in Tokyo.
Jul 16, 2006A Phantom spirit infiltrates the Udagawa Police Hospital in Tokyo, awakening within Hiroki, the younger brother of Sakura. While doctors treat the unconscious teenager, the spirit attacks, leading to a confrontation with Tokko. During this encounter, Hiroki wounds Sakura and repels the other members, barely surviving the attack. Despite the violence and the danger posed by the possession, Sakura remains determined to assist her brother. She resolves to do her utmost to purge the Phantom spirit from his body, prioritizing his safety and recovery over the threat he currently represents.
12EP 12Tokko relocates Saya to Ryoko's apartment while Ryoko threatens Muramasa for police leak details.
Jul 23, 2006Tokko decides to move Saya to a safer place, more specially to Ryoko's apartment, for her own protection. Ryoko pays a surprise visit to the Tokki offices, and she manages to obtain information from Muramasa that he was the inside man paid by Taishi to provide police information regarding the case after threatening him with her Colt SAA revolver. Later on, Taishi dispatches Gakis to assassinate all active Tokko members as a means of further slowing down their investigation against him.
13EP 13Kunikida confronts Muramasa while Ranmaru and Sakura descend into the underworld to rescue Saya and defeat Taishi.
Jul 30, 2006Kunikida clashes with Muramasa after learning that Tokko operatives, including Ranmaru, are ordered for arrest.
