Naoto informs Takemichi that the Tokyo Manji Gang fractured twelve years ago into the Mikey Faction and the Draken Faction, leading to Draken's death during a dispute. Takemichi rejects this reality, insisting Mikey and Draken would never fight, and travels back in time to uncover the cause of the conflict and prevent Draken's demise. Renewing his resolve, he prepares for another journey through time. However, upon regaining consciousness in the past, he discovers an unfamiliar girl wearing only her underwear looking down at him, marking an unexpected turn in his mission to save his friend.
