Logan, Yukio, and Kikyou infiltrate Dragon Palace with support from Kou’s forces. Kou chooses to face Shingen individually, but Yukio intervenes in the conflict. Kou ultimately sacrifices his life to save Yukio. As Kou’s troops overwhelm the location, Logan prepares to crash the wedding. Meanwhile, Hideki holds Mariko at gunpoint and takes her away. With Mariko secured, Logan readies himself for a rematch against Shingen. The narrative focuses on the chaotic infiltration, the tragic sacrifice of Kou, and the shifting alliances as Hideki escapes with Mariko while Logan prepares to engage Shingen again amidst the ongoing battle at the palace.
